Paving Slabs
Precast concrete pavement systems install fast to mitigate traffic congestion and stand the test of time. Paving slabs are prefabricated offsite in controlled conditions and delivered to the job site fully cured and ready to be installed during low-traffic periods. Drivers can then return to those very roads almost immediately following installation.
PCPS can be designed for horizontal curves, three-dimensional surfaces, intersections, changing crown lines, utility-intensive pavement, instrumented applications, heavily-skewed bridge approach slabs as well as for airfield runways and taxiways. Jointed slabs may be used singularly for isolated repairs or in multiples, to create a continuous surface of new pavement.
