Flexible recognition model, targeted opportunities put impact in donors’ hands
The NPCA Foundation has launched a new donor program designed to recognize the member support that makes its work possible. At the direction of Chairman Greg Stratis, Foundation Executive Director Christina Trexler and the Foundation Fundraising Committee, chaired by Magda Muka, spent the past six months developing a program that makes giving more flexible, transparent and rewarding for donors.
The new program uses a progressive model, meaning every contribution is immediately applied to a donor’s recognition level. As donors reach new levels, corresponding recognition benefits are activated. The program runs on an annual cycle and resets after Dec. 31.
Key highlights of the program:
- Contributions count immediately toward your donor level
- Recognition benefits begin once a new level is reached
- The program resets annually after Dec. 31
In addition to the new donor recognition structure, the Foundation has expanded the ways members can support the programs and initiatives they care about most. Introduced during the Silent Auction and now available year-round, these targeted giving opportunities allow donors to directly support specific Foundation efforts.
Current opportunities include:
Support a Micro Grant for Student Organizations — $2,000
Three spots remain through July 2026. Chaired by Matt McNicholas, this new program provides microgrants to college student-led organizations for activities related to the precast concrete industry.
Sponsor the Student Competition — $5,000
Nine spots remain through December 2026.
Support the Veteran Outreach Program — $2,500
Three spots remain through June 2026.

Support the Foundation’s website, social media, EPIC community and newsletters through these giving levels:

- $2,500 — four opportunities available through December 2026
Whether members choose to give through the new donor program or support a specific initiative, every contribution helps strengthen the Foundation’s ability to invest in students, outreach and the future of the precast concrete industry.
