NPCA Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws
Following an in-depth review, the NPCA Board of Directors is proposing revisions to the NPCA Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. With the guidance and advice of legal counsel, these revisions are necessary to reflect the current laws, governance, structure and best practices under which the NPCA must operate.
There are three documents below for the Articles of Incorporation and three for the Bylaws. They are as follows:
1. Explanation of Revisions
2. Redlined Version: Highlights specific changes within the document.
3. Clean Version: This is the final document with all revisions made.
Please review and familiarize yourself with each document. Members will vote on the proposed revisions during the Annual Business Breakfast Meeting to be held on Nov. 5 at the Annual Convention in Amelia Island, Fla. Additional details will be provided in the coming weeks.
