About Leadership NPCA
Each year, a class of 12 to 15 outstanding individuals are selected from candidate applications for the exclusive training opportunity that is Leadership NPCA.
Each new class is launched at The Precast Show, and during the next 12 months, the class takes part in a series of professional and personal development activities, culminating with a graduation ceremony at the next Precast Show.
Leadership NPCA is designed to sharpen participants’ skills and abilities by providing management training, industry association experience and networking opportunities that are vital to successful leadership.
