Organization Description: The National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA), established in 1965, represents manufacturers of precast concrete products and suppliers to the industry. As a 501(c)6 trade association, NPCA is dedicated to expanding the use of high-quality precast concrete and equipping its members with the learning, programs, certifications, and resources necessary to operate successful plants.

Job Summary: We’re a membership organization, which means people matter — our members, our staff, and our partners. We need someone who values process, is committed to serving others, and is people-friendly to keep our certification programs running smoothly. This role ensures applications are processed accurately, audits are scheduled and tracked, and members have a reliable point of contact throughout the certification process.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing certification applications, renewals, and related paperwork
  • Scheduling and tracking plant audits and personnel certification candidates
  • Serving as the friendly, responsive point of contact for members going through the certification process
  • Keeping records current and accurate
  • Communicating deadlines, requirements, and updates clearly and promptly
  • Attending industry events a couple times a year to represent NPCA
  • Additional duties as assigned

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of office or program coordination experience
  • Organized, reliable, and easy to work with
  • A clear communicator — on the phone, over email, and in person
  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and follows through
  • Excellent computer skills and comfort working in a paperless environment
  • A sense of humor

Travel: Occasional attendance at industry events may be an opportunity a couple times a year.
