Be there. Be inspired. Be part of what’s next.

Each February, precast concrete professionals gather from across North America to reconnect, learn and advance their businesses — and in 2026 those connections will center once again in Kansas City.

From Wednesday, Feb. 4, to Friday, Feb. 6, the precast industry will bring its best to The Precast Show at the Kansas City Convention Center. This year’s edition promises to build on the momentum of the past, deliver the latest innovations of the present and help attendees chart a path forward the future in an evolving marketplace.

Big Show, Big Opportunity

The Precast Show is the premier North American trade show for the manufactured concrete products industry. Registration is already underway at theprecastshow.org, and the 2026 Show promises to be among the biggest yet. Recent years have drawn more than 5,000 industry professionals. For exhibitors and attendees alike, this is where business happens and connections are made.

With Kansas City as our host once again — it previously welcomed the event in 2022 — attendees can expect a well-visited show floor, a strong lineup of events and plenty of barbecue to keep their bellies full. The Convention Center will serve as the hub for the trade show floor, education sessions, special events and networking.

What to Expect on the Floor

The Show floor will be packed with the newest technology, equipment and services geared toward precast production, quality control, installation and operations. At last year’s show in Indianapolis, attendees walked a nearly 95,000-square-foot exhibit hall featuring close to 400 booths and dozens of first-time exhibitors.

Whether your focus is on new technology or proven might, this show floor is where conversations about those products happen. For attendees, being prepared with a list of “must-see” vendors and booth visits will make the time more productive. Exhibitors, likewise, should see the show as a strategic investment — one that reaches high-caliber buyers and decision-makers.

Education + Plant Tours = Value

Beyond the exhibit hall, one of the key pillars of the Precast Show is its robust education program. Like past editions, this year’s Show offers sessions on production, repair, leadership, marketing, workforce innovation and quality control — all of which help precast operations sharpen their edge.

Plant tours remain part of the agenda — giving attendees the rare opportunity to see how industry peers operate. Attendees will get the opportunity to go behind the scenes at PRETECH Corp. and PRETECH West.

For anyone wanting to bring home actionable insights rather than simply new business contacts, locking in education sessions and plant tours is highly recommended.

Key Events & Networking Moments

In addition to exhibits and classes, the Precast Show always features key events that offer networking opportunities as well as add a little fun to the weekend.

Last year’s Keynote Luncheon celebrated a record number of graduates of the Master Precaster program, and another groundbreaking class is expected this year. The luncheon also recognized safety and best-practice awards and featured an inspirational guest speaker. This year’s speaker is Temple Grandin, a Colorado State University professor, author of “Visual Thinking,” autism advocate and motivational speaker.

You also won’t want to miss the giveaways on the Trade Show floor, the optional tour opportunities or the Final Event. This year’s Final Event will take place at Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Tips for Attending

  • Register early & plan ahead — With many exhibitors and sessions available, pre-planning your booth visits and education schedule will maximize your time.
  • Bring your team — Consider sending multiple employees for educational opportunities and to maximize floor visits.
  • Prioritize education — Take advantage of the classes, workshops and tours and the actionable knowledge they provide.
  • Network strategically — Set goals for who you want to meet: vendor leads, peers in similar operations, service partners. Use social events as conversation starters.
  • Follow up — The show is just the starting point. Don’t forget to follow up with your new contacts, utilizing the Whova app for wider networking after the show.

Whether you’re a veteran attendee or planning your first visit, the three days from Feb. 4-6 are poised to deliver value — and not just through what you see on the floor but through what you learn and who you meet.
