J. Kirby O’Malley, president of Garden State Precast in Farmingdale, N.J., received the 2024 National Precast Concrete Association Robert E. Yoakum Award, given each year to an individual who plays a leading role in the precast concrete industry.
The award was announced Saturday, Sept. 28, during the NPCA 59th Annual Convention in Tucson, Ariz.
