INDIANAPOLIS – The National Precast Concrete Association elected Houston businessman Asher Kazmann as Chair of the Board on Saturday, Oct. 4, at its 60th Annual Convention in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Kazmann is president of Locke Solutions in Houston, Texas. Founded in 2013, Locke specializes in precast and prestressed structures, manufacturing a wide variety of communications, drainage, electrical, industrial and power products. Locke recently expanded its capabilities by opening a new production facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and launching its mobile plants operation, allowing Locke to provide precast solutions on-site while offering all the advantages of a controlled manufacturing environment.
“It’s a privilege to step into this role at such a pivotal moment for our industry,” Kazmann said. “I’m excited to champion a bold vision that elevates the value of precast, empowers our members and positions NPCA to lead with strength and purpose.”
Kazmann was one of three individuals elected to a one-year NPCA Board officer position. He is joined by:
- Megan Kitchner, Chair-Elect, of Atlantic TNG in Sarasota, Florida
- Mitch Rainero, Secretary/Treasurer, of Permatile Concrete Products in Bristol, Virginia
