Ninety-two Master Precaster graduates were honored during the Keynote Luncheon on the opening day of The Precast Show in Kansas City. Along with a certificate, each graduate received the program’s signature golden hard hat. 

Since its inception in 2012, 619 men and women have earned the Master Precaster designation. What began with a single graduate in its first year has grown steadily, with record participation in recent classes and continued momentum ahead.

THE PATH TO MASTER PRECASTER

The Master Precaster Program is a precast-specific training program through NCPA’s Production & Quality School and includes comprehensive education courses on production, safety, technical, quality control and leadership. Most participants spend at least two years working through the mix of online and in-person coursework.
