Registration Hours

Kansas City Convention Center Show Floor – Exhibitor Service Center

• Sunday, Feb. 1: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Monday, Feb. 2: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Tuesday, Feb. 3: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Wednesday, Feb. 4: 7:30 – 10 a.m.

Move-In, Move-Out Information

Exhibitor Move-in Hours

• Sunday, Feb. 1: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Heavy equipment/machinery by appointment only)
• Monday, Feb. 2: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Heavy equipment/machinery by appointment only)
• Tuesday, Feb. 3: 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (Heavy equipment/machinery by appointment only)
• Tuesday, Feb. 3: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. (General move-in)
• Wednesday, Feb. 4: 7 – 10 a.m. (Hand carry & touch-up only. No general move-in.)

Exhibitor Move-out Hours
All exhibitors may dismantle displays from 1 – 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6.  The return of empty crates will begin immediately after the aisle carpet is rolled up and vehicles are removed from the Halls. In agreement with Section 1 of the space contract (“Installation and Dismantling”), exhibitors may not dismantle or remove any portion of their exhibit prior to closing time at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6.

Exhibitors may continue dismantling their displays beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7. All exhibit material must be removed from the Convention Center by 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7. Exhibitors and display houses are requested to meet this deadline or Show Management may have any remaining displays dismantled, packed and shipped at the exhibitor’s or display house’s expense and risk.

Show Floor Hours

• Wednesday, Feb. 4: 2 – 6:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Feb. 5: 10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Friday, Feb. 6: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Beware of Unauthorized Vendors

NPCA is aware of unauthorized vendors trying to sell The Precast Show attendees and exhibitors everything from hotel rooms, labor and carpeting to custom furniture, freight transportation, lead retrieval devices and Show Guide advertising. These vendors often claim to be representing The Precast Show, but please be careful. Often these vendors will add fees to services that could substantially inflate your costs. All approved suppliers are listed in the Exhibitor Service Manual. If you are unsure whether a vendor is an authorized company, or would like to report an unauthorized company, please contact NPCA or click the button to view a list of known unauthorized vendors.
