NPCA Keynote Luncheon Featuring Industry Awards and Master Precaster Graduations
This annual event celebrates the graduates of NPCA’s Master Precaster program and the Leadership NPCA cohort. The winners of the Best Practices Awards Competition are honored, and NPCA Certified Plants anniversaries are recognized before the keynote address from nationally renowned speakers. The 2023 Luncheon featured speaker Andrew Busch, a chief market intelligence officer for the U.S. government at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Silent Auction
Through the Silent Auction, the NPCA Foundation and PCI Foundation join forces to advance the precast concrete industry through academic grants, scholarships and curricula development. Product demonstrations in the Presentation Area of the Trade Show Floor provide a 45-minute deep dive into a specialized area of precast concrete production. Plant Tours



The Precast Show includes plant tours of nearby NPCA Member facilities. This popular feature kicks off The Precast Show early Thursday morning and draws hundreds of attendees. You get the chance to explore the member facility, ask questions of personnel and learn about their innovative processes and products.

Optional Tours
At the same time as the Plant Tours, The Precast Show offers another spectacular outing as an Optional Tour. These tours range from shopping at boutiques and wine tastings to cultural tours and unique experiences, such as the candle-making offered at Penn & Beech in Columbus.
NPCA Foundation
Student Design Competition
The NPCA Foundation Student Competition provides a unique opportunity to engage students and academia with the precast concrete industry. Under the guidance of an academic advisor and an NPCA member mentor, students compete in teams to solve real-world problems using precast concrete as the solution. After teams submit their entries to a panel of judges for review, the top teams are invited to present their entries to the industry at The Precast Show, where a winning team is chosen.
