Leadership NPCA is designed to sharpen participants’ skills and abilities by providing management training, industry association experience and networking opportunities that are vital to successful leadership.
Each year, a class of 12-15 outstanding individuals is selected from candidate applications for this exclusive training opportunity. Each new class is launched at The Precast Show, and over the following 12 months, the class takes part in a series of professional and personal development activities, culminating with a graduation ceremony at the next Precast Show.
This year’s graduating cohort was recognized at The Precast Show in Denver during the Keynote Luncheon on Feb. 8. Here are this year’s honorees:
