During The Precast Show in Indianapolis on Feb. 5-7, the National Precast Concrete Association graduated a record class from its Master Precaster program.

Ninety-four graduates received their coveted golden hard hat and certificate during a graduation ceremony at the Keynote luncheon. The 2025 class brings the total number of Master Precaster graduates to 527.

The Master Precaster program consists of a series of precast-specific education courses teaching students everything from the basics of concrete and production best practices to critical safety, quality and leadership skills. Completing the program takes years of hard work and dedication to learning about the precast concrete industry.

Here are the 94 members of the 2025 Master Precaster class, listed alphabetically by company:
