Fueling the next generation of innovation, the NPCA Foundation’s microgrants program supports college student-led organizations in exploring the future of precast concrete.

The details

Who can enter

Student organizations working on projects or activities involving precast concrete or construction innovation are welcome to apply. These student-led efforts – whether you’re building something, researching or running an outreach program – should push the industry forward and support the future of precast.

Microgrants available

Student organizations can request up to $2500 for their projects. Awards will be given based on project merit and availability of funds. 

Application period

The program is open year-round and applications are reviewed twice a year in January and August. 

Support

The NPCA Foundation can connect you with NPCA members who can offer support, resources or mentorship to help take your project to the next level.

Microgrants in action

Student-led organizations can use these microgrants in a variety of ways, including:

  • Transportation to tour a precast plant
  • Travel costs to participate in an NPCA event
  • Materials for a precast project
  • Expenses for an on-campus event related to precast
  • And more!
