Are children allowed to attend The NPCA 61st Annual Convention?

Yes. Children are welcome to attend. Any attendees 12 years old or younger are eligible to register for the discounted Child registration package.

Will badges be mailed in advance of the NPCA 61st Annual Convention?

NO.  Badges will not be mailed for the NPCA 61st Annual Convention. Once you arrive at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino, please visit the registration area to activate your registration and print your badge.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Cancellations must be received by Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026. All refund requests must be submitted to refunds@precast.org. An administrative fee of $50 per registrant will be deducted from all refunds. Due to financial obligations, no refunds will be issued after Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026.

What is the closest airport to Peppermill Resort Spa Casino?

Does Peppermill Resort Spa Casino offer transportation services?

Yes. The Peppermill features an easy and convenient airport shuttle, which departs from the valet area outside the hotel lobby and runs every half-hour beginning at 4 a.m. The last shuttle departs from the Peppermill going to the airport at 11:30 p.m.

In addition, the airport shuttle departs from the airport going to the Peppermill every half-hour beginning at 4:15 a.m. and continuing to 11:45 p.m. This shuttle picks up at the north exit of the baggage claim area.

How much is parking at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino?

Self-parking is complimentary. There is no valet parking at this time.

Is there a resort fee?

No, there is no resort fee when you book within the NPCA room block.

Is a one-night non-refundable advance deposit required when a reservation is made?

Yes, the deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled completely.

How can I receive free in-room WiFi? 

Free wireless internet access is offered to all guests. Instructions will be in your key card holder.

Are there scooters or wheelchairs available for rent?

The Peppermill Resort Spa Casino does offer wheelchairs for quick transportation or emergencies. To obtain a scooter or wheelchair for the duration of your stay, arrangements can be made by contacting Med Tech at (775) 826-2022. Simply place your order with them and the scooter will be delivered to the Peppermill’s Bell Desk for your arrival.
