Director of Quality Assurance Programs
Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Purdue University
Role: Phillip oversees the administration of NPCA’s Plant Certification Program. He is also responsible for providing professional design engineering expertise and serves as codes and standards advisor. Phillip provides technical support, development of technical publications, serves as staff liaison to the NPCA Quality Assurance Committee and NPCA Technical Committee and represents the industry on standards committees.
Experience: Phillip joined NPCA in 2004. Prior to working at NPCA, Phillip spent 23 years in diesel engine cooling for agricultural, industrial and heavy equipment and 5 years in the specialty metal fabrication industry. He possesses over 25 years of experience in residential rehabilitation.
