Professional Development Coordinator
Education: Bachelor of Arts in English, Principia College; Master of Arts in Teaching, Wayne State University
Role: Melissa provides webinar support and manages registrations and completions for PQS live, crane training, and other live courses. She also tracks continuing education credits; grades internal webinar exams and essays; coordinates Leadership NPCA applications and questions; creates and compiles course evaluations; and assists with preparing meeting material for the NPCA Education Committee.
Experience: Prior to joining NPCA, Melissa worked as an executive assistant for dermatologist’s office in Rochester, Mich., and as a senior lock desk analyst for a mortgage company in Troy, Mich. Melissa also has a teaching background.
