Education: Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Hotel & Tourism Management, Purdue University
Role: Kathy is responsible for coordinating educational offerings at The Precast Show, NPCA’s Annual Convention and regional conferences. She coordinates educational offerings for all webinars, online courses and Precast University coursework. Kathy also serves as the staff liaison to the NPCA Education Committee.
Experience: Prior to joining NPCA in 2006, Kathy worked for thirteen years as a food service director in business services with ARAMARK, a global leader providing food service, facilities management, and uniform and career apparel to health care institutions, universities and schools, stadiums and arenas, and businesses
