Education: Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Butler University
Role: Joe serves as the managing editor of Precast Inc. magazine, oversees NPCA newsletters, directs NPCA’s public relations and handles a variety of communications for NPCA’s various channels.
Experience: Joe joined NPCA in 2021. After graduating from Butler University, he worked in the newspaper industry for 17 years, most recently serving as the sports editor for the Canton (Ohio) Repository. He then worked for 9 years as senior manager at USA Football, the national governing body of the sport, first in a communications role and later in the Football Operations and Education department.
