Office Manager
Education: A.A.S. Degree in Office Administration, Monroe Community College, Rochester, N.Y.
Role: Janet’s responsibilities include invoicing and payment processing, bookstore fulfillment, preparation and mailing of monthly statements, ordering supplies, all office equipment maintenance and repairs.
Experience: Prior to joining NPCA, Janet was an Administrative Support Specialist to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Institutional Research and Decision Support at IUPUI. She balanced many financial, human resource, travel and event-planning responsibilities. She worked eight years for Conseco Services LLC in Corporate Security, Accounts Payable and Human Resources. Before moving to Indiana, Janet worked for the NYS Office of Court Administration in Plattsburgh and Rochester, N.Y.
