Since 1989, the NPCA Foundation has provided scholarships to more than 100 students enrolled in civil engineering, architectural and construction-related curricula. Scholarships are available to graduate and undergraduate students. Additionally, the Foundation has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to develop precast specific curriculum and labs at universities across the country.
