With the advent of Precast University, the NPCA Board of Directors and Education Committee created a unique opportunity for production workers who want to advance their careers in the precast concrete industry.
As Precast University matured, the Board and Education Committee determined that the next step is to develop leaders within the precast concrete industry. With that, the NPCA Leadership Academy was born.
