NPCA’s highest honor, the Robert E. Yoakum Award, is named in honor of the individual who in 1965 played a key role in creating the National Precast Concrete Association. The award is presented annually to an individual who has made a significant contribution to furthering the mission of NPCA and to advancing the precast concrete industry.
