The National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) presented Newtown, Pa., resident and ALP Supply CEO Barry Fleck with its highest honor, the Robert E. Yoakum Award, on Saturday, Oct. 30, during the NPCA 56th Annual Convention.
Fleck has owned and operated the company that would become ALP Supply in Fairless Hills, Pa., for more than 20 years. With warehouses in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada and Texas, ALP Supply produces precast concrete accessories to companies across North America.
Fleck has served on the NPCA Board of Directors and currently is in his second term on the NPCA Foundation Board of Directors. He also has been part of nine difference committees and subcommittees. He was a member of the inaugural task force that developed Precast University, a career development program and comprehensive education pathway with production, safety, technical, quality control and leadership components.
