You already know that precast concrete septic tanks provide the best solution for on-site wastewater treatment. Now you can easily share that knowledge with specifiers, regulators, legislators, contractors and even homeowners with the new NPCA Lunch and Learn program.
The presentation, titled Precast Septic Tanks: Responsible On-Site Wastewater Treatment, examines a case study in the Chesapeake Bay area that has applications for lakes, streams estuaries and rivers anywhere in North America. In addition to the presentation, the Lunch and Learn kit includes a presenter’s guide (with talking points), sample certifications of completion and a course evaluation template. It’s everything you need to reach out to the key players in your region to show them the many advantages of precast concrete septic tanks.
Lunch and Learn presentations can be combined with a plant tour. Or, you can offer to take the Lunch and Learn to other organizations such as engineering or architectural firms, DOTs, departments of health or homebuilders. Professional Development Hours may be available for engineers interested in continuing education credits. To check the PDH requirements in your state, visit www.ncees.org.
You are also invited to submit attendance number to NPCA following presentations of the Septic Tank Lunch and Learn. It only takes a few minutes and will help NPCA track the industry’s impact of education on specifiers.
