Reserve Your Rooms Early
Our headquarters hotel is big, but it could sell out, so make your reservations as early as possible. All reservations are based on availability and must be made by February 2, 2012 to receive the discounted Precast Show rate.
Reserving Multiple Rooms
Reserving blocks of five rooms or more in the headquarters hotel requires approval from NPCA. Please submit requests in writing directly to NPCA. Call Denise Bradburn at (317) 571-9500 or email Denise at dbradburn@precast.org.
Deposits
All room reservations require a deposit of one night’s room and tax for each reservation. Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of the room for the remainder of the stay.

Altour has been selected as the official travel agency for The Precast Show 2012. Altour will search for the lowest available airfare from your city of departure to the Orlando International Airport, which is 35 miles from the Rosen Shingle Creek. All tickets purchased are subject to a $29 service fee per ticket.

The Rosen Shingle Creek, headquarters hotel for The Precast Show, is currently sold out on Monday, Feb. 27 and Wednesday, Feb. 29, so we’ve added a second hotel nearby. The Rosen Centre is connected by skybridge to the Orange County Convention Center, and is about a 10 minute walk to the OCCC. The Precast Show special discounted room rate is $165 plus tax per night and is based on availability. Self-parking is $13 per day and internet is $9.95 per 24 hour period.

Hotel space in Orlando is at a premium for the first week in March, so now’s the time to firm up your travel plans for The Precast Show. Our headquarters hotel is sold out for a portion of the week. Our overflow hotel, the Rosen Centre, is also sold out March 1. We’ve added a third Rosen property with special rates for Precast Show attendees. The Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando is about a 15-minute walk or a two-minute drive from the Orange County Convention Center. Property details are below. Extra Rooms? Let Us Know
If you have reserved extra rooms for The Precast Show and do not plan to use those rooms, please let NPCA know and we’ll pass those rooms along to NPCA members who are on a waiting list. If you cancel rooms with the hotel, they will not likely be available to NPCA members.
